Death has always been a surreal event for me

Posted by on August 14, 2014
I have friends and coworkers and acquaintances who are no longer in my life. Some have just moved on to other things, others have died. It's all the same to me.
For years, I've been wondering if a person's death would ever hit me with more force than, "Oh? Wow. Bummer, man…"
Now I know.

The answer is yes.
I blasted "Jump Around" by House of Pain all the way home yesterday.
