New Topic Time (I hate that these wind up in reverse order, newest at the top for the day…the flow is kinda broken up for each day, because you have to read each day’s entries from bottom to top to get the flow of thoughts for the day. Maybe I’ll just make a habit of making one LOooooooooong post each day, and if I have more to add, I’ll go back and add it at the bottom instead of making a new entry. What a pain in the ass, but I think that’s the way I want it to be done.)
New Topic: Meg has been feeling like something is physically wrong with her, but the doctor has been saying (even after much testing) that there’s nothing wrong… Well, the latest testing had one test come back late, and so she got a call yesterday informing her that she had one test that not only came back late, but had something *very* out of line on it – something that explains most, if not all of the symptoms she’s been having. I’ll not steal her thunder or her story…but I will just put this little blurb here (to prompt her to write something with more detail if she feels so inclined), and I’ll also say that it’s nothing super serious, and there’s been a wonderful sense of relief between us both, and today I have been walking around work with a song in my heart and a spring in my step because I know that "there’s a plan"… 🙂
I also finally sold my car, and I’m planning on getting Meggie a mini-laptop (Toshiba Portege 3110CT) so she has something eminently portable that she can use in her quest to become an author/artist/teacher… 🙂 It’s an older machine (PII/300), so it’s much less expensive than something new and heavy and hot to hold on the lap, it’ll suit her purposes nicely. I can’t wait… 🙂

21:12: Aaaaahhh… What a lovely evening… Meg met me at the bus in the rain, and she looked ravishing… I was *so* happy to see her, and the dark and the rain and everything just gave the moment this mystical, magical romantic quality. MeltMeltMelt… 🙂
Had dinner at the Texas Roadhouse steak place…we splurged and got big steaks…(imagine that, big steaks at a steakhouse…*wink*), came home, now Meg’s in the bath and I’m just musing and daydreaming… 🙂
There was something a little different about her this evening, too… She’s feeling a little better already, I can see it in her eyes…there’s some kind of glint there that hasn’t been there (or has been, but has been really quiet) for a long time…it’s good to see. =)
