OK, not so much a road trip…
Val and I drove up to Sterling (100 miles up I-76 toward Nebraska) today…to have lunch at the Village Inn.
Well, and to look at a truck I found on Autotrader – a 2002 Toyota Double Cab 4×4. No way I could afford it, but it sure was pretty. Apparently, someone else thought so, too, because it’s long gone… The drive was nice, anyway. 🙂
Stopped at Wally World while we were up there. Val got some hair color (first time in her life…*ROFL*) and I picked up Auran’s Trainz Railroad Simulator 2006. I still have the original version over in my software box, and have been itching to see what’s new… I skipped the TRS2004 version, but now I live not far from traintracks again, and am quite curious to see what’s new.
Last night, I spent the better part of 8 hours (4am bedtime kind of 8 hours) putting together a video for Stock Car Evolution. I’ve posted the low-res “proof” version on the website.
Sound by Motorhead (how apropos1) and driving and crashes and all the editing by…yours truly… 🙂
