First day of Zombie 5k down

20 minutes on an eliptical, 10 on a bike.

Bonus workout – 1/2 of the Angry Birds Workout
10 pushups @40 pounds, 10 pushups @60 pounds (on a machine, but what the hell, it's better than nothin')
20 pullups @60 pounds (also on a machine, and that's 20 more than I did yesterday)

Like +Audrey Lee said, the Z25K is designed for outdoors/GPS, so it didn't work out so well on the machines… Hrmpf.

We'll probably do it outside on Wednesday.

Dinner is Tilapia and "Asparaguts" (keeping with the Zombie theme…)
