I moved into a new apartment about a month ago, and in the process of moving, and the hemorrhaging of money that followed while I bought the bare necessities of life, I really fell off the Paleo Wagon.
Of course, I did have some hilarious moments, like when I realized I bought 3 cans of crushed pineapple for a couple of recipes, but forgot to put a can opener on the list. *facepalm*
In any case, I’ve been eating like utter shit for the last 30 days – sometimes *two* Egg McMuffin meals for breakfast, pizza for dinner, etc.
The good news is that *something* has changed in my eating habits such that even when I’m eating terribly, I’m still losing weight. The last time I weighed myself before I moved (8/17/2011), I weighed 235.2. A month (and a LOT of Egg McMuffins, Cheeseburgers, and Personal Pan Pizzas) later, I weigh 231.2.
