Beer low in Gluten/Gluten light?
I’m not allergic to gluten but I’m pretty intolerant. I also love beer.

  1. I've been reading into beers and the brewing process.
    True the protein is broken down. Also true, I feel like shit after drinking beer. Of course, I don't drink by the glass..

  2. Vinny's, I used to walked in there, acknowledge the bartenders, and then there was a pitcher in front of me.
    No words. Just beer.

  3. That's the point of the link, though…

    Every regular beer the guy tested – tested below the strict 5ppm threshold required for "gluten free" labelling.

    It appears that beer is, as a natural consequence of the process of making beer, gluten free. =)
