I did this once at Pizza Hut. My online special instruction was "Draw an awesome dragon on box." The resulting dragon was there, but pretty crude. My initial temptation was to say "Um, sorry, but I asked for an awesome dragon on the box…?" But they were so excited at getting the opportunity, that I decided not to spoil it for them.

I only recently noticed that Papa Johns has a short "Instructions for the Driver" field on the order form. So I stuck that in there probably two months ago. This is the first time they noticed.
