Google+Blog WP plugin, plus a WP-to-Twitter plug-in?
Google+Blog Plugin + Jetpack by WordPress.com plugin, which allows you to connect your WP posts to FB, Linkedin, Twitter, and Tumblr.
Right. I like the control that the "WP to Twitter" plug-in gives you in formatting (and I actually use Twitter Tools with my main blog so I can pull back in my non-blogged Tweets), but if you're already using Jetpack, that makes sense.
Google+Blog rocks.
