As luck would have it, tonight there was a woman who got on the train as I was headed out to my office, and my immediate reaction was "*THAT*"
I asked if I could take a picture, and she said "Sure!" – even before I got around to any explanation. =)
And here it is. It looked phenomenal on her, and she was even a close match to your skin, eye, and (natural) hair color – so I know it'll look just as phenomenal on you.
She said that it's a surface piercing, so it'll take extra care (which I know you're great about) while it heals, and that she's never seen anyone with one like it – so it'll be cool knowing that there's at least one other person out there with one.
Then I showed her the picture that you took in your car the other day, and she was p. stoked that you're another ginger. =)
Then the train was at my stop. I hoped she had a good flight, and she hoped I did, too. I got off the train chuckling – people always do that to me. =)
