While the 24 members of Class 14-05 were going over their options, the class member presenting the patches threw in the “My Little Pilot” design as a gag. The class didn’t really want that particular patch for their flight suits, but somehow (perhaps by magic) it was the patch that actually made it through the approval chain. Oops.

My first thought?
That the brass (who are very likely my age, if not a bit younger) totally get the joke, and are laughing their asses off every time they see that patch on a shoulder at Vance AFB.
My second thought?
I really want to buy one off of one of those intrepid 24 when they are done with them. Talk about a cool, unique, and limited edition thing to have!
My third thought?
No. No, actually, I don't want to buy one. I need a shower.
