Definitely a good start. Some things that fell flat (to me at least), but pretty good.
Given the habit of networks to hamstring the first few episodes of basically every Whedon show in the past, the fact that this episode was already as good as it was is a very good sign.
Now that it's available for people who don't have cable TV…I don't feel too bad about spoilers… =)
