I was dashing for the phone, rounded the bend at the landing, taking steps 2 at a time, when my left foot slid out from under me.

Not hurt (much). Landed on my bum, but I think I hyperextended my left shoulder over my head… *sigh* 2 hours later, it’s a bit sore…

…and tomorrow is the day we’re moving all the heavy stuff.
