The place that I'm in is ~700 square feet (and it's too big at that, given how simple I keep stuff), and the base rent is $800. It's the cheapest place in the area that has garages available to rent.

I think if I were going to try to compare apples to apples given the place you were in before you moved? You might compare stuff on Padmapper located in and around Denver's Capitol Hill (Bounds: Lincoln to Lafayette, 6th to 16th streets).

Baggage was a faiure and collects dust and rusts beneath my feet.
Don't forget the leaky roof, the leaky fountain, leaky plants (around the trains) and the horrible decision to not have internet access for the businesses located around the train exit. The list actually goes on and on, but overall it is not a bad airport.
