Black Friday is the stupidest thing ever, and I am saying this from the viewpoint of someone who's tried to participate in it now and then 😛
Black Friday was great… until they made it into an event.
When Black Friday was just, "The Day After Thanksgiving", and you went out to stores with family members to do some early shopping and deal finding it was fun. But now it's a full blown event with insane shoppers camped out in front of stores in hopes of getting one of the TWO TV's offered at $150 … it's just stupid.
Oh so true. And it wasn't great even when it was a non-event – there was still quite a mad rush, and all the stuff you wanted was probably gone 🙁 Did score a bargain or two here and there…
