Why is so much of that exposed to the weather?
I have no idea, +Ursula Rodgers. You'd think they'd have really take that under much more consideration. But then again, Big Blue Horse, so what do I know?
On the flip side of the coin, they're putting the finishing touches on the revamped East Employee Parking Lot this weekend, and when I drove in to work yesterday morning, I noticed that the concrete for the walkways leading up to where the parking lot is will be heated.
So it may be that they're planning on doing the same with the plaza, so it'll remain snow-free 24/7/365.
True. We'll be lucky if this construction doesn't give rise to some other conspiracy theory.
And that would be cool, if the platform were heated – but it doesn't do much for rain, or wind, or hail, or all of them at once. 😉
