Man, today was a blast, but also *verry* tiring.
I went to Coors Field (Well, 27th and Blake, really) to watch Jake (Latham) race his Eclipse in Street Modified. He lost to a friend of his in a Toyota Supra by…ready? .065 seconds… I got to ride with him his first run…man, he was *all over* the course that first time out…or at least it seemed like it… 🙂
He was still crazy fast…there were plenty of times I really didn’t know which way he was supposed to go next…Damn glad that *he* knew where he was going… 🙂
His second and third runs were faster and smoother, and both he and the Supra got mid 56 second times down into the mid 55’s for their last runs.
