I bought Star Wars: Galaxies on Saturday. Man, that’s a totally fun game… I can’t believe how much my character changed over the course of just the first few hours of playing. I started out as an Artisan – with the intent to become a Droid Engineer. I picked up Basic Marksmanship, and Basic Scouting Skills by the time the weekend was over. Totally changed the character’s focus. I started out in Mos Entha on Tatooine, because that’s where my friend Shea has a Rodian character. I’m totally amazed at how many people are online… Mos Entha’s not that big a city, but there are a lot of players there…I took a shuttle to Bestine, and there were more there, then I walked to WayFar, and there were still more there!
Now, that’d not be all that interesting if it were just one planet, 5 or 6 cities…but I’m sure it’s like that all over each server. 6-8 cities per server, 6 planets per server, 10 servers!
