What a bunch of effing Incompetent LOSERS!

OK, so I check my T-Mobile balance on the 23rd of last month, and it shows that I owe $24.55.
So I pay $25.00. No worries, right?

I see that their customer service people called last night, so I call today, and find out that I owe $79 bucks and change…Past due, payable immediately, or subject to service interruption…

So, I check the website, and what does *it* say?
Please Pay $24.55.

WTF, eh?

Fuckers.

  1. This sort of headache isn’t uncommon enough. Had a similar problem with Verizon yers ago when I had a pager. I cancelled service and it took them a year and several calls to both their accounting deptartment and various collection agencies to get them to actually stop billing me.
