Get on up, you new Nexus Folks

I had the same experience when my HTC Wizard died a very final death 2 months out of warranty years ago. I scraped up the cash to buy the very first iPhone shortly after it came out.

That first iPhone was delivered around noon on September 6th, 2007…the very day they announced that "Early Adopter Penalty" price cut. 

Fortunately, much like Google, Apple had a 30 day price protection policy, and after an hour on hold, they gladly refunded the difference in price.

So…yeah…Get on that!

Wow..

I watched with a very jaded eye the new Nexus 7's and the reduction in price of the Nexus 7 16Gb to $200. Boy, was I pissed. I had JUST bought the 16Gb model ealier this month. Its a great tablet. I was worried that I was out of luck.

Well, a quick search through Google Play customer service states that there is Price Protection! Who knew? (!) So, I think they are sending me $50! 

The only limit is that you have to make the request with 14 days. So, if you are as pissed as I was, shake a leg and request the cash back! 

And, oddly enough, NO ONE IS TALKING ABOUT THIS!! So, tell everyone about this! Everyone!
