I'll add to this:

Al Jazeera ran a full front page overview of Obamacare, its provisions in detail, and how it was expected to affect the average American over the 6 year phased rollout. Including what provisions took effect when, and what the plus and minus of each individual provision  of the Affordable Care Act was.
It was better coverage than any US news outlet had given the subject, EVER.
