Good enough the we're looking for a decent rice cooker, a George Foreman Grill, and a decent source of brown gravy. =)Â
We went there on the recommendation of one of my coworkers. He's from California, but his wife is Hawaiian, and the two of them pretty routinely drive 65 miles or so to go there for lunch on the weekend.Â
Absolutely don't blame them. It's only 40 minutes from here, and I think we're going to be regulars. =)

Zojirushi rice cooker (okay, it's expensive) but look for a fuzzy logic one. I don't know what that little chip does, but it makes awesome rice…..

Trick to keeping rice for the next day. Mix the rice well, then the next day after you take whatever you want, sprinkle it with a bit of water, mix well again. If the rice starts to smell funky, it's turned.
