I think the Champagne one is pretty nice. It walks on the classy side of the classy/tacky line.
Also, (it's been a couple days since I read the article) I beleive it mentioned that gold is the #1 selling aftermarket accessory color for the iPhone, so – if that's the case (pun not intended) – it makes absolute business sense to offer it in that color.
