This phenomenon occurs in the elevator at work, since from the angle most people look at the buttons from the B looks like a 3. I sometimes point it out, but more often I enjoy seeing their confused faces as we pass the 3rd floor on the way to my office on the 4th >:) Express service!
It's an actual 3 button.
