I would really like to see the same test repeated with the following controls:

No Electronics, No Passenger
Texting
Voice Texting
Phonecall
Hands Free Phone Call
Adult Passenger Conversation
Conversation with an 8-12 year old in the back seat.

I would be VERY surprised if the result showed anything but all of those scenarios being roughly equal in response time decrease.

Voice-To-Text Is Just As Dangerous As Regular Texting While Driving
