If I had one suggestion to food-donators, it would be that you not donate Dinty Moore Beef Stew. That shit is nasty.
And yes, those people know what to do with quinoa, thankyouverymuch.

She replied, “Well yes, of course. You’re not one of those people.”
If only she knew.
+Richard Steinbicker has been one of those people, definitely can relate.
h/t – +Vallori Zephyr For the share.
Those People
The last time I got groceries at our local food shelf was this past February. Eight months ago. Big Daddy’s court-ordered child support kicked in later that month, and even though it wasn’t much, it made the difference between buying groceries and getting them from a food shelf. For that, I’m grateful.

Aw man I like the Dinty Moore
Eat it out of the can for lunch.
Cold.
For a week.
Problem solved.
Oh well that would be nasty
This kind of crap pisses me off. I've never visited a food shelf or anything quite like that. But my family has been on WIC. And I certainly wasn't unemployed. In fact, I was active duty military AND my wife was working.
Those people.
Ha.
Thanks for the share man
I especially connected with the part about getting used to the red cheeks; it's not that you ever stop being embarrassed, you just get used to the embarrassment. I find it to be very motivating.
