Welcome to America – where you are told (from birth, in this case) that our Troops are heroes who save the world from bad guys – but you get in serious trouble when you pretend to play one as a child. 

I say, the hell with the "administration" – support our troops, even the 7 year olds.

  1. Armies, Police  and politics are not my cup of tea.
    But the guys and gals who stand to protect what they believe is freedom? the ones who face danger and death for the sake of their friends? YEA
    Warriors who stand to protect, not to suppress and destroy, are part of what makes the future.

  2. This is fucking crazy!  I wonder if there is more to the story than what is being presented.  Like maybe the kid was a bully or some other issue and the staff capitalized on a technicality.

  3. February 1, 2013, a student at Mary Blair Elementary School was observed by a teacher throwing rocks at other children on the school’s playground. The teacher, following District procedures, escorted the child to the school principal, whereupon the student’s mother was contacted. Following a discussion with the student and his mother, the principal imposed a 2-hour in-school suspension as a consequence for the student’s behavior. The student was never removed from school grounds by the District.
