*Feedback left for WalMart's new (to me) Grocery Delivery Service*

I've been using homeshop.kingsoopers.com for 10 years now. I consciously avoid shopping at WalMart because of unethical pay practices across the entire corporation (Seriously, *double your wages across the board* for in-store employees, and I'll *happily* pay the extra 2%-3% per product!)

That said, Your ToGo website is LIGHT YEARS ahead of Kroger's (which hasn't changed at all in 10 years).

I will grudgingly give you some of my monies (for now) because you have the (far) superior grocery delivery service in my area.

Other than that, WalMart, please raise your wages to an equitable standard, or go die in a fire. Your choice.

+Audrey Lee was just commenting on Saturday (when our second delivery arrived) that the quality of the produce was MUCH higher than what we were getting from King Soopers. And I tend to agree. The stuff we got from King Soopers generally looked like the picker was choosing things that no sane person would select with their own hands.

Everything's been lasting OK – so far. If that changes, we're definitely going to call the 800 number (that our delivery driver every week recommends we call if we have any issues with the order whatsoever) and bring that issue up.

I'm under the impression that it's still a fairly new service to Denver, but it's exploding in popularity – to the point that they've had to increase from 2 stores that did the distribution (Lakewood and Arvada) to 5 (Lakewood, Arvada, Down near Lone Tree, one in Denver Proper, and one in Westminster). So the time your food is on the truck has definitely diminished.

  2. Interesting, I wonder if the delivery service gets better picks on the produce or something. We get most of ours from Sprouts and some from Costco… really very little from King Soopers lately.
